Composite material mixer control using MCU-MSP430

Abstract
This study aims to design and implement a composite material mixer integrated a digital PID controller using the micro-processor MSP430 of the Texas Instruments. The controller was designed with low power and low cost for using in small-scale applications demanded by the Mekong Delta. Moreover, this machine can interface with PC for studying and estimating the optimal process of mixing the composite materials. The experimental results indicated the effectiveness of the controller. And the system software allows estimating the mixing time and velocity automatically.
